The United States, of course.
The American soldier may not be among the very best in the world, but taking all factors into account, the U.S. military is by far the deadliest fighting force on the planet.
The U.S. Air Force alone can turn a small country into a moonscape.
And let’s not even start talking about all those fancy (and super expensive) missiles, cruise missiles, and artillery rockets in their arsenal. Before U.S. infantry even enters the battle zone, most adversaries will have already surrendered (if they’re smart).

Russians and North Koreans are more ruthless, so I definitely wouldn’t want to be taken prisoner by them. In this regard, the Americans treat their prisoners of war fairly well.
The only problem is that once the battle is over, there probably won’t be many people left alive on your side to take prisoner.
So, fighting against the United States? No, thank you!
